You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity in your workspace.
Your content
You own the content and data you put into MarketPilot AI and the content you generate with it. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or sending it.
AI limitations
AI suggestions, estimates and plans are recommendations, not guarantees. We don't promise specific conversion rates, leads or sales.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans have usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for spam, unlawful content, or to access data you're not authorised to see.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
