You must not use MarketPilot AI to
- Send spam or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you, or import contact lists you do not have the right to use.
- Create false, misleading or deceptive advertising, including fake reviews or testimonials, invented results, hidden fees, or impersonation of another person or brand.
- Promote illegal products or services, scams, pyramid schemes, or unlicensed financial, investment, medical or gambling offers.
- Make guaranteed income, investment return or health claims that you cannot substantiate.
- Publish hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or discriminatory content, or content that exploits minors.
- Collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details) through landing pages.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other people's rights.
- Attempt to access other workspaces, bypass plan limits, overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission.
Affiliate and regulated offers
If you promote affiliate offers or regulated products, you must clearly disclose affiliate relationships and follow the rules of the offer owner, the advertising platform, and the law in your target market.
Enforcement
We may remove content, unpublish landing pages, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Report abuse through our contact form.
