Data Processing Policy

Roles and responsibilities when MarketPilot AI stores leads and customer data for your business.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Roles

When you add leads, import contacts or collect enquiries through a landing page, your business decides why and how that personal information is used. MarketPilot AI stores and processes it on your behalf, only to provide the service to you.

What we do with your data

  • Store it in your workspace, visible only to members of that workspace.
  • Process it with AI only when you use an AI feature that includes it, such as the sales assistant.
  • Not sell it, and not use it for our own marketing.
  • Use service providers (hosting, database, AI models) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consent on landing pages

Enquiry forms require the visitor to tick an unticked consent box before submitting, and record the time of consent. Marketing opt-in is a separate, optional, unticked choice. A link to your own privacy policy is shown on the page when you provide one.

Your responsibilities

You must have a lawful basis for the data you collect, provide an accurate privacy notice to the people concerned, respect their requests and opt-outs, and only contact them in ways they agreed to.

Deletion and requests

You can delete leads from your workspace at any time. If someone asks you to delete or correct their information, you can do so in the Leads section. Contact us if you need help with a request or want your whole workspace deleted.

Contact us
